Visits to the polls on Election Day
On election days, I like to visit the polls and chat with the precinct election officials (pollworkers). This gives me some first hand knowledge of what's happening at the polls and allows me to get to know the people you see when you go to vote. I call them the guardians of our democracy. They are great!
